Fr Simon Bishop SJ

Ordained as a priest on 13 September 2003, Fr Simon took his final vows as a member of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) on 5th November 2011. He has worked in parishes and schools, in prison chaplaincy, in formation and retreat work and mostly recently as Novice Master for those applying and in training within the Jesuits of North West Europe. Fr Simon regularly accompanies and gives spiritual direction to individuals, including priests and married couples.

Marie Fahy

Resources Development Lead at Aid to the Church in Need (ACN), Marie devises resources for primary and secondary schools and university chaplaincies linked to ACN’s work on behalf of persecuted and suffering Christians worldwide. After a degree in Theology and History and postgraduate studies, Marie spent about twenty years working in Catholic schools in Surrey and West London, first as a lay chaplain and then as an RE teacher/Head of RE. Marie is a trained media speaker for Catholic Voices.

Raymond Friel OBE

After a long career in Catholic education and leadership, Raymond took up the post of CEO of Caritas Social Action Network, the agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference dedicated to tackling poverty and enhancing social mission capacity in England and Wales. Married to Janet, they have three sons. Raymond’s most recent book is Catholic Social Teaching: An Introduction, published in September 2023.

Fr Christopher Jamison OSB

A Benedictine monk who currently serves as Abbot President of the English Benedictine Congregation, Fr Christopher is widely known for his appearances on TV and radio as well as his books Finding Sanctuary and Finding Happiness. His latest book is called ‘Finding the Language of Grace: Rediscovering Transcendence’.

Fr Emmanuel Mansford CFR

Having joined the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in New York in the Bronx in 1998, Fr Emmanuel was ordained a priest in May of 2007. He served for six years as the Community’s vocation director from 2014-2020 and then as the Director of Formation from 2020-2023. Originally from a small village in Bedfordshire (he is a Luton Town fan!), he presently lives with the friars in Bradford where they are engaged in serving the materially poor and preaching the Gospel at St Patrick’s mission.

Fr Frankie Mulgrew

Starting out as a stand-up comedian and professional entertainer, Fr Frankie answered the call to priesthood and was ordained in 2013 for the Diocese of Salford. He has compiled and edited two books – Does God LOL? and Miracles R Us – with his authorship proceeds being donated to his favourite charity, Mary’s Meals. He was part of the team that set up and operated ‘Mercy Bus’ in the UK during Pope Francis’ Year of Mercy and has also spent a sabbatical year as chaplain for the Craig Lodge Community in Dalmally.

Madeline Page

Graduating with a Philosophy degree from Cardiff University in 2016 with a speciality in morality and ethics, Madeline completed her dissertation on the topic of abortion. She was the Evangelisation and Education Officer for Cardiff Archdiocese and has been actively involved with Catholic Voices, appearing on BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, GB News and Times Radio. A gifted and confident speaker and pro-life advocate, Madeline runs the Alliance of Pro-Life Students which equips students to spread the pro-life message on their university campus.

Fr Paschal Uche

Raised in East London with two wonderful parents and three great sisters, Fr Paschal graduated from Nottingham University and after studying at St Mary’s College, Oscott he was ordained a Catholic priest in August 2020. Currently a chaplain to the youth service and an assistant priest in Chelmsford-linked Catholic Parishes, Fr Paschal is much in demand as a Catholic speaker.

Fr Stephen Wang

A Catholic priest from the Diocese of Westminster, Fr Stephen is currently Rector (director) of the Venerable English College in Rome – one of the five seminaries for England and Wales dedicated to the training of priests. Ordained in 1998, he has worked across London parishes, schools, hospitals and prisons and has held a range of teaching, lecturing and chaplaincy roles. He is the author of A Way of Life for Young Catholics and most recently Sycamore: The Catholic Faith Explained . He is also involved in a number of evangelisation projects included Sycamore programme and the Pause for Faith YouTube channel .
